I visited new izakaya ( Japanese style tavern ).
Food were all delicious and some of them were very traditional Japanese others were fusion of Japanese and Western culture!
I will report nice food I enjoyed.
These are plate of bonito seared bonito and broiled chiken.
Have you tried real Katsuo-no-takaki" Seared bonito " ?
Real one is smoked in the straw!
Taste was miracle!
